God Loves Me: Jesus Invites me to Follow Him

Church Invitation:

At the beginning of the week, have each family member create several church invitations that they can give out this week. Make sure they include your church name, service times and address and/ or website. While you are creating them, talk about how God not only loves us, but also each person that we meet. God desires for each person to follow Him. By inviting others to church and telling them what God has done in our life we are showing God's love to others.

Bible Story:

You can read the story of Jesus in the four gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John. Specifically look at Matthew 28 where Jesus sends His disciples out to tell some way we could tell others about Him. What are some ways we could tell others about Jesus?

Testimony Time:

One day this week while the entire family is together, have one or two people share the story of when they became a Christian. Be very specific and tell the entire story. Let this time be a great reminder of God's love for us and His desire for us to follow Him.
